Description
The concept contains parts of urban documentation which is mandatory in the area of the city intending to improve air quality, carbon footprint reduction, energy use reduction, implementation of renewable energy sources by replacing heating devices that run on fossil fuels, a change in fuel bases by a transition towards renewable energy sources, reduction of heat leakages in primary and secondary heat distribution.
