MANADA Trading, s. r. o. deals with the long-term process of climate change adaptation. Urbanisation and the impacts of climate change require new approaches towards communal water management. The company has delivered a broad spectrum of projects in the communal sphere.

The essential measure for water preservation and improving groundwater quality is rainwater capture at the site where it falls and its subsequent use. Rainwater is used in households and buildings for flushing and washing, and outdoors it is used for watering plants and washing hard surfaces and cars. Unused water is transported into a drainage system, which prevents its unnecessary flow into streams and rivers, potentially water purification facilities.

The principles of the communal solution are the following:
1. Rainwater is transported from large surfaces (roofs, hard surfaces) into underground tanks.
2. The volume of transported rainwater in tanks is signalled to dispatching technology services (or another suitable place)
3. According to user needs, the rainwater is utilised using road-tanks, watering flower beds and parks, washing sidewalks, roads, and in other ways.

Water preservation, irrigation, air humidification, capturing evaporated water in the area improve the quality of life in towns and cities long-term.
