Description
DAIRA s.r.o. is the operator of the certified Eco friendly Hotel Dália in Košice, which since 2001 is the longest operating green city hotel in Slovakia. It is one of the first eco hotels in our country, which contributes to the protection of the environment with its hotel innovations and services. In 2011, it was the first hotel in Eastern Slovakia to be awarded the EU Ecolabel. For its responsible approach to the environment, applied through green activities within the hotel and restaurant operations, as well as communication with clients and the public, in 2013 it received the Extraordinary Award of the National Business Award for the Environment in Slovakia and in 2017 the Certificate of Excellence directly from its hotel guests through the travel portal TripAdvisor. It minimises waste production and saves energy and water resources by installing innovative technologies. It participates in green activities and local and international eco-projects. Promotes clean mobility and sustainable tourism.
