Description
Since its foundation, e-Dome has been intensively involved in the issue of energy efficiency, not only in the design of new buildings, but also in the existing building stock where retrofitting or refurbishment is required. It understands modern practices and solutions, is continuously educating itself and their efforts are not only to integrate the right practices into the design, but also the actual implementation and subsequent operation process in terms of actually implementing the recommendations into the operation of the buildings and achieving the planned energy efficiency. One of the options for the implementation of the retrofit is the Guaranteed Energy Service - GES (Energy Performance Contract - EPC), whose provider (ESCO) has been since 2015.
