Description
The TETRA K panel is a so-called dry construction. It is used indoors and outdoors. The assembly of the panel is very simple and the final result is excellent. The fire resistance of the panel is 60 minutes. The TETRA K panel is a composite product. It is made from TETRA K boards and PUR foam. The thickness and density of PUR foam can vary. The TETRA K panel can be used on all types of structures where TETRA K standard boards are also used. The most suitable constructions are partitions and prefabricated walls. The advantages of the TETRA K panel are the construction speed, dry processes are used when constructing the TETRA K panel, which greatly reduces the construction time and the final surface finish of the panel. The TETRA K panel can be quickly and easily transposed and modified, sound insulation (With a panel thickness of 12 cm, the panel divides two rooms as well as a 20 cm brick walled partition), weight (The weight of the fully assembled partition is four times lower than the weight of a brick wall), the smooth surface of the TETRA K panel is suitable for any final finish. The high-pressure device is capable of producing products from a volume of 0.2 m3 up to 2 m3.
Economic benefits
Compared to a masonry partition, the TETRA K panel partition can save up to one-third of the cost.
Environmental benefits
It is produced by recycling composite beverage packaging (tetrapacks).
