Description
The municipality of Veľké Turovce is located 2 km north of Šahy, in the district of Levice, in the Nitra region. It lies at the junction of the eastern edge of the Ipeľ Upland with the southern outcrops of the Krupinská Upland, in the valley of Krupinice. Population: 740 (31.12.2021), area: 919 ha.
